DESCRIPTION :
- 100%
NATURAL product, soft, NOT DILUTED OR FERMENTED, obtained
from the straining the edible part of fresh, healthy, ripe and
clean curubas. The pulp is refined in a 0.5 mm strainer,
spun, homogenized, pasteurized and packed hygienically for it's
preservation and is frozen.
- THE
PULP DOES NOT CONTAIN PRESERVATIVES.
- THE
PULP DOES NOT CONTAIN SUGAR.
- THE
PULP CONTAINS VITAMIN C.

PACKAGING
TYPE AND QUANTITY
Type :
Metallic drum with the product packaged in a double caliber 2 polyethylen
bag.
Quantity : 200 Kg. approximately.
TRANSPORTATION
CONDITIONS :
- It´s
transported frozen.
- The
drums are kept completely seald and have a security seal.
Transportation
with other toxic, corrosive or strong smelling products are avoided

USE AND DESCRIPTION :
Description:
100% natural liquid, obtained from straining fresh, clean, ripe
curubas without diluting, concentrating or fermenting.
Uses: Making juices, soft drinks and nectars
SAFETY RULES FOR HANDLING :
- Temperatures:
It's managed until the reception by the client at a minimum temperature
of -18°C.
- The
drums must be opened only for samples at the reception of the
product.
- The
first one going in should be the first one going out.
DURATION OF THE PRODUCT :
Hermetically
seald and at freezing conditions : 2 years at -18ºC.
OBSERVATIONS :
- Each
lot of 10 drums must have a 300 g. sample packed in a aseptic
bag for analysis.
- The
pulp is refined in a 0.5 mm strain, centrifuged, homogenized,
pasteurized and frozen.
- Each
drum is delivered at the production plant clearly marked in the
following way: Date of production, lot, Brix refractometrico,
percentage of acidity (as citric acid), net and gross weight,
drum number, sanitary registration number.
- The
juice does not have preservatives or sugar.
- The
juice contains Ascorbic Acid.
